One LA is behind ‘World Peace’

#Lakers #Madonna For those of us that are realizing how special the Lakers run has been over the last 15 years, we were all thinking the same thing that yesimawake was on Sunday afternoon as Madonna shouted out to ‘World Peace’; an underlying message in support of the Lakers’ World Peace and Kobe’s continued drive through the record books. 

One thing is for sure as the Lakers struggle this year while the Clipper make a run, we should all learn from Magic and Shaq, and keep our posts as classy as we are fans. To hear fellow fans use profanity, throw around the word ‘hater’, and even attack Clippers fan is embarrassing.

Many are writing of the ‘mayhem’ that they believe led to the recent Lakers victory.  With an aged team, mayhem was anything but the source of the win.  In fact, it was quite the opposite down the stretch of the game.   The key is in the Nike’s next step of the Kobe System, Level 5, ‘DOMINATE’. One thing is for sure for is that the road to the NBA Playoffs begins now.  In a shortened season, the next 7 games, 6 on Road, will tell truly tell if the Kobe System works.  At 18 and 8, the Lakers would own the Pacific Division. missbossgilliane captured tthe perfect puzzle that and earns a spot of Fan of the Day.

Denver 13, Chicago 10 (OT) Denver, CO (Sports Network) - Matt Prater kicked two field goals over 50 yards, the last one a 51-yarder with 8:34 left in overtime to send the Denver Broncos over Chicago, 13-10. Tim Tebow continued his magic run for the Broncos (8-5), who won their sixth straight game. Despite another slow start, Tebow improved to 7-1 on the season and helped Denver — which also got help from a Green Bay rout of Oakland — surge into first place in the AFC West. He led the charge from a 10-0 fourth quarter deficit, ending with 236 yards and one touchdown on 21-of-40 passing while adding 49 rushing yards. Demaryius Thomas posted seven receptions for 78 yards and a score to offset a 34-yard performance from featured back Willis McGahee. Caleb Hanie threw for 115 yards on 12-of-19 passing for the Bears (7-6), who have dropped three in a row.
